Fanny started in project management, focused on ensuring teams stay on track and meet sprint deliverables. Triaging bugs, gathering requirements and planning sprints. As she established her network within the US tech industry, she started focusing on challenges in the human resources field, specifically with regards to recruitment and foreign talent pools. Today she is heavily focused on building out a highly automated recruitment platform while also building a strong network in foreign talent pools.
